For a small winery, Babcock has a wealth of labels. One is Cuvee Lestat, named after a character in novelist Anne Rice's Interview With A Vampire. The first such wine was a Syrah, in 1995, and there is now a Chardonnay and a Claret (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot), as well as a Syrah.
