As a self-taught programmer Will has learned over ten programming languages, becoming an expert in many. Programming opportunities led Will to Dallas, Texas where he set up in a small development shop, "2nd Genesis Systems" in the Infomart - Dallas' Premier technology showcase. Will moved primarily from FoxPro, to being a certified PowerBuilder developer to currently working on obtaining his ColdFusion certification.

Will has over 15 years of programming experience working for giants like GTE (now Verizon), EDS, Brinks and IMCO Recycling. While working for Brinks, Will developed 'BABS' (Brinks ATM Balancing System). The system solved a 10 million dollar problem in less than two weeks. At GTE, Will wrote the 'LAS' (Line Activation System). The system allowed GTE to secure major accounts due to the quick turn around time the new system provided.

Will also worked in a small business environment for almost seven years. As Chief Technology Officer, Will led development teams, managed all equipment/software purchases, secured networking for all connectivity issues and developed all software management programs for internal use. Because DWO had a "Never Say No" policy for new client requests, Will and his team were regularly expected to learn new technology and implement it in new project inside of 2-4 weeks. Wills team always delivered.

Currently, Will is a Senior Software Engineer with Recruitmax, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida. Responsible for day-to-day development projects involving customization, as well as Project Lead for integrations for clients like Aetna and Bearing Point, Will brings quality and focus to each of his development projects.
