We're sorry, but we've had to remove the contact form for a while. Spammers are killing us. They stupidly seem to think that our form was some kind of forum posting. It's not, it just emails to us. We've gotten a lot of people get back in touch with us through the form, so we'll be putting it back up, eventually, with a CAPTCHA ("What's the letters in the image?" thing...)
